How I Turn Growth into a Way of Life

In 2008, I began my professional journey in the customer service industry, where communication, confidence, and people skills became my strengths. But in 2013, life took a new turn. Marriage, followed by the birth of my first daughter, brought immense joy—but also a pause in my career. Within months, I realized I was slowly losing the very strengths that once defined me—my confidence, my knowledge, and my sense of self.

That realization became my turning point. In 2014, I stepped back into the professional world—this time as a freelance trainer in IELTS and spoken English. By 2015, I founded my own venture, Lingually Education, where I began teaching globally, empowering learners with communication skills, IELTS preparation, and career guidance.

The more I trained, the more I discovered my true calling. I moved into college classrooms and institutions, delivering communication skills and employability training. The pandemic years became a blessing in disguise—I invested deeply in self-discovery, upgrading my methods, and earning certifications in training, career coaching, and psychometric assessments.

From there, I never looked back. I joined upGrad Campus, training students from leading universities on campus-to-corporate transition skills, resume building, and interview preparation. I went on to lead large-scale employability workshops, including a psychometric assessment project for 160 students at Delhi School of Business. That experience opened a new dimension for me—career coaching powered by psychometric insights.

Over time, I have helped 2,000+ individuals align their career goals with their personalities, strengths, and skills. Through one-to-one coaching and workshops, I’ve guided candidates in goal setting, time management, teamwork, mindfulness, and interview preparation, creating clear roadmaps toward their dream careers.

Today, as a Career Coach, Employability Trainer, and Psychometric Assessor, I work with both students and professionals, as well as corporates, executives, and managers, delivering training in leadership, team building, and managerial excellence.

What started as a journey to rediscover myself has now become my mission—to empower others to find clarity, build confidence, and achieve success in their careers and lives.
